The Spanish Association Against Cancer will receive on Wednesday at its headquarters in Cartagena, the money raised by the concert which was held in August, organized by the Association of Residents of Isla Plana with the cooperation of the City
One purpose of Isla Plana Young Festival, which was held on August 10 in the seaside with performances of Cartagena Tó Plagiarism and mythical Inhuman, will be completed on Wednesday 19 September with the delivery of the donation collected by the Neighborhood Association to the Spanish Association Against Cancer.
The event, which will take place at 11 am at the headquarters of the AECC in Trafalgar Street No 19 of Cartagena, attended by councilors Social Care, Antonio Calderon, Tourism, Palazón Carolina, and District 1, Diego Ortega, and the President of the Association of Residents of Isla Plana, Alfonso Perez, the president of the neighborhood, Mula Francisco also the coordinator of the festival, Agustin Garcia, and the President of the AECC, Maria Rosa Rosique.
Besides the solidarity aspect, another goal of the concert was to promote tourism in the area, which is also achieved through the large crowds that gathered outside the stage door of the Church of Isla Plana, over 4,000 people.
