The Local Government Committee will meet on Friday, September 14, on a routine basis.
The session will be chaired by the mayor, Pilar Barreiro, and will be held from 9:30 pm in the council room of the Palace Hall.
Among the issues on the agenda, the proposal to Rhea Councillor of Finance, Personnel and General Regime, Fatima Suanzes, for multiannual expenditure authority to hire fixed communications service for voice, data and mobile.
The purpose of this proposal is to provide necessary financial funds for the next recruitment through public tender service fixed, mobile and internet, which is expected to get the best price possible for the operators.
Other outstanding issues include the proposal for approval of the terms of the call for grants to youth groups and expenditure approval for the grant given annually by the City Council Foundation Cartagena Convention Bureau.
