The culinary competition of El Algar has broken all records this year.
According to the organizers, have received nearly 200 applications to join the contest, although only 15 people per class involved.
The event, which forms part of the festivities of El Algar, will be held on Thursday 13 septiembrea 17 hours in the restaurant El Hidalgo.
The competition has three categories: first courses, main courses and dessert. Each has three second prize awards.
The awards are donated establishments in town.
Will be present at the contest councilors Clara Heredia and Juan Jose Martinez, plus the president of the Federation of Consumers and Users of Murcia, Juana Martinez and the president of the Association of Mediterranean women, Maria Isabel Mateo.
