The Youth Council, in its training program, organized from this September, two-line courses to be developed in the classrooms of Open Access (ALA) located in the Youth Resource Center and in different districts and county .

The first one is the Internet Introductory course aimed at anyone who wants to have a working knowledge of the Internet and its access to various utilities.

Its objectives are to understand the concepts and vocabulary associated with the use of Internet, perform basic access to websites using a web browser and search engines available, understand the basic concepts related to electronic mail; introduction to major social networks and high in them; understand the basics of e-commerce; browsing the website of the City of Cartagena and its functionalities.

These 20-hour courses will be held in the ALA Youth Resource Center and were located in the Aljorra, Pearl District, Our Lady of Charity, La Palma and El Algar. View planning and scheduling.

The second line is the course of active job search in social networks, aimed at anyone wishing to acquire a working knowledge of tools and services available on the Internet, which may be helpful in your job search process and its future professional environment.

Its objectives are: to deepen the tools and techniques to search, receiving and managing information on the Internet: browsers and add-ons, search engines, directories, social bookmarking, email, RSS-aggregators; introduction to Social Networks (Facebook, Twitter, GooglePlus ).; example of professional social networks (linkedin, xing): profile, networking, groups, applications, introduction to ¿s Blog: approach to enhance our personal profile / network.

Publication of personal and social blog (Tumblr) design, development and publication of a Website (Googlesite) staff to complement our professional profile and CV (Videocurriculum).

This job search course will run from September 24 to October 19 (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) between the hours of 12 to 14h in the ALA Youth Resource Center and the ALA's Barrio de la Concepción September 25 to 25 October (Tuesday and Thursday) in time from 18:30 to 20:30.

Both courses are free and registration can be formalized, in order of registration to cover the positions offered depending on the capacity of each of the ALA ¿s, Youth Resources, Paseo Alfonso XIII, No. 53.
