The Local Government Committee this morning approved the proposal of the Public Safety, Public Roads and Historical Center, Mariano García, for the signing of a cooperation agreement between the city of Cartagena and Combined Cycle Gas Natural Fenosa Cartagena, for training staff of the factory and improve fire prevention measures.

As explained by Mariano Garcia, under this agreement the Cartagena Fire will provide technical support to the facilities of the company based in tailings, on fire.

Firefighters will also provide training to the staff of the company, which will be held at the School of Public Safety of the City of Cartagena (SPACE).

The cost of these courses will be borne by the company.
