As on Tuesday ahead of this week the Town Planning, Joaquín Segado, the Municipal General Management Plan of Cartagena in force today with the publication of the revised in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia.
The document, which includes contributions from both administrations and social agents of the city, contains the rules governing urban development in the municipality over the next 25 or 30 years.
Remember that the three main lines of this new plan comes into effect today that are to ensure the territorial balance between the provincial and village, increasing the stock of industrial land, which grew by 36 percent, and opt for sustainable growth and orderly with 71 percent of protected land.
