Councillor for Infrastructure of the City of Cartagena, Francisco Espejo, this morning assured the media that the Royal Decree approved last Friday by the Cabinet, which becomes part FEVE ADIF in the infrastructure, and RENFE, in transport operations, will make no obstacle for the line that connects Cartagena and Los Nietos.
According to Espejo, all that means is to optimize costs and improve levels of debt that carries LVEF, but no impact on services or to users.
GESTIÃ "NY KEEPING THE AUDITORIUM
Councillor for Infrastructure and Government team spokesman, Francisco Espejo, wanted to clarify, after the motions before the last full week by opposition groups, as regards the management contracts and maintenance of the Municipal Auditorium.
The maintenance contract has nothing to do with the management, assured Mirror, the latter breaks off of maintenance due to the complexity of the municipal building, and this is what has come to contract for 200,000 euros for a period of one year and four months, looking for the building works well for the lowest possible price.
This includes preventive maintenance, air conditioning, elevators, escalators, general lighting and fire equipment, but is not included, such as cleaning, which would be within the management contract.
