Different generations have seen the growth of trees that say they live hundreds of years.
They are the baobabs, whose origin is in Africa.
The versatile Ling Elaine has undertaken to portray on film.
This morning has presented the exhibition Baobab tree of generations, in the Auditorium and Convention Center The Batel.
The show is framed within the Arts section of The Sea Music. Never had a floating exhibition, the photographer said surprised upon entering the room.
And is that the architecture of the exhibition hall has forced them to hang from the ceiling images.
Together with the deputy director of La Mar de Musicas, José Luis Cegarra and curator of the exhibition, Paco Salinas, Ling presented the 20 images that until August 30 will be in the Batel. Hours 10 to 14 and 17 to 20 hours Monday to Friday and is only open in the mornings on weekends.
The photos were taken in Mali, Limpopo and Madagascar. As explained in the presentation of the sample, it is a tree that bears fruit, used to cure diseases and the wood can be used to build houses.
