Faced with an exceptional situation exceptional measures must be taken, so in the day the Prime Minister, Mariano Rajoy, will make the biggest cut in official social and economic rights of democracy, as explained, by the plight suffered by our country.

SPCT intends to:

1 °) Skip all parliamentary activities of the Regional Assembly and local councils in the afternoon, so that MPs and councilors are returned to their jobs.

2 °) Establishment of a system of rewards simply for attending plenary sessions, committees, recovering the vocational nature of politics.

3 °) to reduce releases of regional councilors and MPs, except for the spokesmen of the different political groups, Mayor and President of the Regional Assembly.

4 °) Deletion of all positions of Directors-General and Coordinator General of the City of Cartagena.

5 °) Elimination of Retirement Plan to which all Members have the right needs and that is from the pockets of all citizens.

Finally, SPCT considered essential such measures, in addition to the financial savings, and that is absolutely not negligible, for the exemplary character that this attitude and that would certainly help significantly to the recovery of the credibility of those who make decisions at this time, put citizens in a very difficult situation.
