Mayor Pilar Barreiro received today in the Reception Room of the Palace Hall, next to the councilor of Social Care, Antonio Calderon, the 47 children Sahrawis who have come to spend the summer with host families in Cartagena.
As usual, the mayor welcomed them to town and invited them to have fun and enjoy these days when insurance, you have no time to bore you, neither you nor I host families, Barreiro noted.
The children, aged 8 and 12, come from the Tindouf Refugee Camps.
After receiving a bag of memories held by Pilar Barreiro, the kids did not want to be less, and have given both the mayor and the councilman of Social Care, a notebook with autograph included.
