The courses and workshops Classroom Sets have trained over 300 people from 27 February to 28 June.
The Classroom Set, part of the ADLE, received 810 applications for 18 courses and workshops that have taken place in that period of time.
The workshops were aimed at students, unemployed and active workers. The aim of the courses was to give students the necessary strategies to actively seek employment and its correct insertion into the labor market, and acquire skills, abilities and basic skills necessary for successful development in the workplace.
The actions implemented in this issue have improved knowledge of the participants in the prevention of occupational hazards, provide customer support, assertiveness, communication and public speaking techniques.
They have also gained expertise in developing social skills, emotional intelligence, teamwork, self-confidence and creativity at work and problem solving and application of humor in the workplace.
Regarding the job search, been provided to the participants strategies clash against unemployment, psycho preparatory course, online job search and strategies to cope successfully with a job interview.
