Students monitor the course of Aquatic Lifeguard ADLE have completed their probationary period. Three of the six students who were apprentices in companies, have achieved an employment contract.
In March, more than a hundred people showed up for the qualifiers to participate in this training and those selected were 13 people.
This course, funded by the Regional Employment and Training and the European Social Fund, had a theoretical workload of 250 hours plus 60 hours of work experience.
To carry out these practices, the Agency of Local Development and Employment signed a collaboration agreement with the Portus Nautical Complex, Cenic Services, Playmar Sport, Sport Beauty Wellness Center 1900, and Lymyser.
These agreements have improved not only the training of students, but the addition of some labor market.
In 2011, the same training activity registered a 43% recruitment of students who decided to practice in companies.
As stated by Councilman Jobs Diego Ortega, the training system linked to practices in companies from different sectors, which is developing the convention via ADLE is giving important results in the recruitment of unemployed.
