The CEO of both companies has informed the Councils of the current state of rail projects for integration of the railway in the cities of Murcia and Cartagena, as well as urban developments of the units of action that affect the area of ​​influence railway.

After the meeting, stressed that Segado Joaquin is a great news for Cartagena that nears completion of basic drafting the burial of the line of three from the Torreciega Bridge to Station, with an investment of 88 million euros and whose work could begin in early 2015.

RAILWAY PROJECTS

The two projects are the Basic Rail delineating the phases and stages to be undertaken by the construction projects and define the proposal to allow the arrival of the High Speed ​​Murcia and Cartagena.

URBAN PROJECTS STICOS

The Board of Directors of the High Speed ​​Murcia has approved a calendar of urban action where it is contemplated that the first phase of development in Murcia is completed in 2015, after the processing of land subdivision and development projects of the scope.

INTEGRATION "N RAILROAD IN THE CITY

The two companies, Murcia High Speed, High Speed ​​and Cartagena SA, SA, born as a result of agreements signed between the Ministry of Development, the Government of the Region of Murcia, the Railway Infrastructure Administrator (ADIF) and, respectively, municipalities of Murcia and Cartagena, for the redevelopment of the railway network, which will allow the entry of high speed in both cities and, therefore, provides for an adjustment to improve urban railway environment.

Both companies are formed by the Development Group, through ADIF, with 50% of the shares, the Autonomous Community of Murcia, which owns 25% and, finally, the municipalities of Murcia and Cartagena, with 25%, respectively in each of its conventions.

Again and are established to facilitate coordination of policies for the development of railway performance and the resulting urban transformation of the works, whose main objective is to finance the planned actions and the management of urban development and the implementation of urban infrastructure on land released in such environments.
