The Carthaginians Bowling, traditional native sport, have been the centerpiece of the celebration of the National Folk Festival XX of La Palma and therefore throughout the whole week, there have been children's workshops, exhibitions and talks symposium on this topic .
And all spiced with good music, such as acting, on Saturday, the band Ham with Heels, in the Plaza of the House of Folklore, to kick off the festivities.
For Friday has reserved the Great Night of Folk, from 10 in the noch and, with the Galician group Milladoiro, in the Patio de las Casas Grandes, and tomorrow, Saturday, will be the proper celebration of the Festival of Folklore .
In the same five groups participating folk, the Child Santa Florentina and the City of Cartagena, both of La Palma, the Jacinto group Sarmiento, Miranda de Ebro (Burgos), the town of Alhama group of Alhama de Murcia and Folk Group The sidrina, Lugones (Asturias).
A fireworks display will culminate the festival and, immediately afterwards, music for the audience, by the pop group Deja'vu.
