The councilor of the area of Social Care, Employment and Youth, Antonio Calderon, today chaired the closing ceremony of the three courses that were given hospitality in the Classrooms of the Miraculous, where he was able to chat with students in courses Kitchen Facilities, Bar, Cafe and Restaurant.
These courses also have a professional practice module not working in the catering business, specifically Thomas House Restaurant, where practices are having 26 students, and Gourmet Events in the Mediterranean, where they will be 11 students.
Practices begin from July 11 to July 30.

The Municipal Institute of Social Services City of Cartagena is a collaborating center with the Regional Employment Service and Training of the Autonomous Community of Murcia, undertaken in 2011/2012 courses catering for Occupational Training Service Restaurant, with 590 pupils and 13 teaching hours; Service Bar bar, with 650 pupils and 14 teaching hours, and Kitchen, with 820 pupils and 14 teaching hours.
The total number of hours of practice is 80 in each course.
These training activities, financed by the European Social Fund (80%) and the Autonomous Region (20%), are aimed primarily to unemployed workers and are completely free, with the priority aim of promoting their employment.
Also, are intended to obtain professional certificates referred to in the National Catalogue of Professional Qualifications.
