The 16 students in the course Waiter: A leading travel agent organized by the Agency for Local Development and Employment, will on Friday July 6 diploma attesting to their training, at a ceremony to be held in the Ceremonial Hall of the Palace Hall to 11.30 hours.
Those responsible for delivering the diplomas will be the council of Employment, Diego Ortega, and Tourism, Palazón Carolina.
The Department of Employment, along with tourism, has collaborated with the Centre for Tourism Murcia qualification to teach this course, mainly aimed at employed workers from the hospitality industry.
The training has been provided in the hall of the Teatro Romano, in the afternoon, focusing on aspects of customer service, the protocol in the service room, wine tasting and tourism awareness.
The main objective of this training is that the professional bar room and acquire the skills and techniques necessary to improve care and quality of service to the tourist clientele.
