The program T-LA Alternative Leisure and Recreation has organized in collaboration with the Association Icue Rock music therapy workshop in the premises of the Youth Resource Center.
Classes will begin on Monday July 9 and end on 16 from 11 am to 12:30 pm.
The workshop aims to reduce stress and anxiety and the consequences of this, develop self-confidence and decision-making and encourage a search for knowledge of self, to be able to recognize different situations and develop more favorably.
Music therapy is the use of music and musical elements (sound, rhythm, melody and harmony) by a qualified music therapist with a group, in a process designed to facilitate, promote learning, movement, expression, organization , etc. to meet the physical, emotional, mental, social and congnitivas.
The registration fee is 30 euros. Can be formalized in the Youth Resource Center, Paseo Alfonso XIII, No. 51.
