The Carnival of Cartagena Federation has called the contest for the election official poster will represent the city in its Carnival 2013.
According to the contest, artists may participate as they wish and submit up to three works, which must be unpublished and free subject but picking the carnival spirit and a noticeable element of the city.
You must also include the name OF INTEREST ‰ S TURA STICO REGIONAL.
The deadline for artwork is October 26 and must be submitted to the Graduate School, C /. Gisbert, 4 plant -1.

After the deadline, the posters will be exposed for 8 days at a place determined by the Federation of Carnival, a period in which issue the jury's decision, which shall consist of members of City Council and the Federation.
Is awarded a single prize of 1,000 euros, although it could be declared void if it finds that the work submitted does not meet the required quality.
