González Tovar stressed that "this is a decision designed by and for the benefit of Cartagena and, above all, a political decision, a political and personal under any circumstances."

The center is divided into Central District Lift Group, which contain Pearl District, San Ginés, and Slum Armarjal Widening Our Lady of Charity (Six hundred).
Center-West District Association, which contain middle Cartagena, Barrio de la Concepción and San Anton.

The secretary general of PSRM said that "think and act for Cartagena" means taking the right decisions to try to reverse the current situation of the party in this county.
