The 60 students from the cooking classes, basic cooking operations, restaurant service and bar service, organized by the Municipal Social Services City of Cartagena (IMSS), held yesterday afternoon a demonstration of acquired knowledge to entrepreneurs in order to promote their employment.
The skills demonstration took place in the La Milagrosa.
It was attended by Director General of Employment and Training Service of the Autonomous Community of Murcia, Ginés Martínez, councilors of Tourism, Palazón Carolina; of Celebration, Florentina Garcia and Neighborhood Relations, Isaiah Camarzana, along with IMSS director, Antonio Mule.

Also acudiero representatives and Hostecar COEC well as entrepreneurs and managers of hotels, bars and restaurants.
The four courses, which are free to participants, have had a duration that varied between 810 and 600 hours.
Its funding has been borne by 80 percent, by the European Social Fund and 20 percent by the SEF.
The basic profile of students have been unemployed men and women with the title of ESO.
They have demonstrated the preparation gained from the development of a large sample cuisine, local regional, national and international, in which there was no shortage of Mexican cuisine dishes, like beans, guacamole and mole poblano, or Japanese sushi or traditional migas or broth with balls from the field of Cartagena and a Lebanese dish.
