A representation of the HLC Steering Committee, headed by company president, Jose Luis Lopez de Silanes Busto, visit the Repsol refinery in Cartagena, being interested in the new production scheme of the plant and the consequent maximization of production of diesel and kerosene.

José Luque, director of Repsol's Industrial Complex in the Valley of tailings, showed the logistics company responsible for the new facility, clearly oriented towards energy efficiency and improved environmental quality fuel.
