Make a European volunteer, get in touch with other cultures and work abroad are some of the secrets to getting young people to gain experience and have more chances of getting a job.

These are the findings that several young men and a group of experts took in Italy of the International Seminar ITINERE, new pathways to employability, which also helps the City of Cartagena.
