One project is for work experience in companies in several European Union countries, and the other, a pioneer in the region, is aimed at vocational students, to training centers or businesses, and will be held in Lisbon

The Ministry of Education, through the agency of European Educational Programs, the Agency has selected Local Development and Employment to develop two projects of Leonardo da Vinci mobility, amounting to 75,000 euros, projects aimed at the realization of labor practices abroad.

One of them is oriented work experience in companies of the European Union, such as Portugal, Italy, Czech Republic and Poland, is funded with a total of 55,748 euros, and will benefit 22 people.

Grants are intended to cover tutored management in companies in which the user has formed, round trip, preparation Linguistic and accommodation.

This is the ninth consecutive year that the ADLE manages a project of this type, thanks to which some of the participants in the return to the country where they have done internships with a contract.

This is the case the last group of Leonardos, who will return to Cartagena on 17 June.

As for the other subsidized project, pioneer in the region, focuses on the mode of training in companies or training centers abroad for people in initial vocational training.

It is intended for 10 students of vocational training projects with baseline (Workshop School students, and Occupational Workshops PCPI), which held tutored in training institutions or companies in Lisbon for four weeks and during your stay, be accompanied by a monitor.

The subsidy amounts to 19,183 euros and will cover travel expenses, accommodation and Linguistic preparation.

As stated by Councilman Employment, Diego Ortega, participate in national calls is complex and only the best projects are selected and in this case, the City of Cartagena is the only Region that will handle this type of project, and at Nationally, only two other councils, Picassent and Jerez.

This highlights the magnificent work done by technicians and all staff is part of the Local Development Agency and Employment of our City.
