A unit of local police on Sunday arrested an individual aged 39, resident of Murcia, who tested positive on a breathalyzer test and his two companions, that caused minor injuries to resist one of the agents.
The incident took place about 14:00 pm when officers stopped him at a vehicle traveling in a suspicious manner by the CT-33, at the height of the rotunda of the University Hospital St. Lucia.
When the agents proceeded to the identification of the occupants, they found that the driver had obvious symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol, giving positive breath test.
