The councilman of Social Care, Antonio Calderon, yesterday presented the diplomas to the 14 students attending Route Guidance. The Municipal Institute of Social Services has organized this course for the unemployed, funded by the Regional Employment and Training Community region of Murcia and funded by the European Social Fund.
Students performed 470 hours from January 9 to 23 May.
In the coming days will have their labor practices 96 hours in Cartagena Port of Cultures and in places like the Roman theater, civil war shelters, park towers and other sites of interest of the city.
During the lessons learned on the travel industry and career guidance, quality service and customer service, organizational skills and leadership group, the guide and travel agencies, tourist activities, legislation and health and safety work and other matters.
The City of Cartagena and the Autonomous Community in this way respond to the demand in the services sector in the Region of Murcia, possible by means of the necessary training courses to unemployed working age and job seekers to that this type of specific actions allowed inclusion in the workforce.
