Local Police yesterday arrested Monday a 21-year-old native of Cartagena, for an alleged offense against the Road Safety and other escape from prison.

The incident took place at dawn, when a police unit of service for Peroniño street, was struck by a vehicle jumped a red light.

After intercepting the car, the officers identified the occupants, verifying that the driver had no official authorization to drive and who also had a restraining order in force for his companion, a woman of 19 years and Spanish nationality, was finally arrested and brought to justice.
