The councilors of Social Care and Employment and New Technologies, Antonio Ortega and Diego Calderon, respectively, have been closed workshops Quarry Senior Club.
Both deputies have visited the exhibition in which the retired show the work done throughout the year.
These workshops are places of encounter and relationship in which older people participate actively and constructively.
The City Council has organized 27 workshops free time for about 600 elderly and disabled. Seven monitors were moved daily to impart in the different associations for the elderly.
These workshops do different activities like crafts, theater, painting, sculpture, folk traditions and cultural visits.
