School of Public Safety (ESPAC) organized within the Training Plan of the City of Cartagena, two editions of a course on Transport Policy, on May 28 and June 5, during which they will make a thirty agents Local Police, comprising Section Attestations.
With a duration of 5 hours each of the editions, the goal is to provide participants the necessary knowledge of legislation and regulations in the field of transport, with particular emphasis on matters relating to dangerous goods and perishable goods.
Among the subjects to be taught include:
Road transport legislation.
Legislation, scope, ancillary activities, classification, control documents.
Transport of perishable goods.
The international agreement ATP, health technical regulations.
Transport of dangerous goods.
The international agreement ADR, sorting materials, conductors.
