A total of 689 students from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena have participated over the last four months in some of the training for college entrepreneurs have been offered as a collaboration between UPCT, the Agency of Local Development and Employment of the City of Cartagena and Development Agency of Murcia.
These actions are intended to promote entrepreneurship among college students, using entrepreneurial skills workshops or conference sessions with experts in the field of entrepreneurship and specific training on how to develop a business plan applied to a technology based company .
For four years we have been offering this training allows students to learn about entrepreneurship, such as diagnosing the initial situation and the response to markets, to establish the business idea is to design and study in detail the feasibility of future business.
A consolidated team of university professors, consultants and professionals are responsible for providing such training, as is the case, in this quarter, Jose Luis Munuera, Professor of Marketing at the University of Murcia, and Joseph Colino, Professor of Economics applied and one of the first deans of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the university.
In addition, there have been two successful projects born within the UPCT, such as Techniemprende and the continuation of Cloud Incubator Hub.
