School of Public Safety (ESPAC) organized within the Training Plan of the City of Cartagena, a course on Radar equipment and Multacar, held in two sessions of four hours each, today was the first and the second will Wednesday May 9.

The goal is for attendees to learn the use and operation of these instruments, for one to measure and control the speed of vehicles on public roads (RADAR), and another to control especially the double-parked vehicles (MULTACAR).
