Once again, the classical music competition between strings and brass, finished with a close result for the quality of the performances of young musicians.
The judges of the various forms kept awake tonight at the closing ceremony which was held at the Municipal Auditorium The Batel, losnombres of the winners of the finals, which were as follows: Elias Romero Clares, in the form of Percussion, Daniel Bañón Gomez, guitar; Eloy Martinez Yagüe in Brass, Agnes of John Periago in Rope, Maria Isabel Guerrero Simon, Woodwinds, and Cristina Sanchez Gomez, Piano.
Singing in the form of the first prize has been deserted, and the second prize went to Fernando Augusto Medeiras of Siqueiro.

The Contest Strings and Metals is organized by the Department of Youth and the Music Conservatory of Cartagena, and aims to provide an opportunity for young performers in the Murcia region to become known to spread the music.
