From Wednesday, May 2, may be requested at the information offices of the Cartagena bus station (le Trouvere Marin Avenue), the new bus pass for the unemployed that will allow unemployed to move around the urban lines of Cartagena 0.50 cents for the trip.
The bond may be requested on weekdays from 8.30 am to 20.30.
To qualify for the discount the unemployed must meet certain requirements and provide the following documents:
- National identification. - Registration certificate, certifying residence in the municipality of Cartagena. - Be over 25 years. - Certificate issued by the INEM which proves to be registered as unemployed for at least two years. - Certificate issued by the INEM where no charge is credited unemployment benefits or family support.
Once issued, the bus pass for the unemployed shall be valid for three months and may be renewed, provided they do not vary the requirements of the applicant.
The bonus for the unemployed is the ultimate form of discounts that have been incorporated into the urban lines of Cartagena, following the entry into force of the new rates.
Currently the single fare is fixed at 1.15 euros.
This price is lowered to 0.70 for bus pass holders, you can get any citizen.
In the case of ordinary retiree bonus, the price is reduced to 0.50, while for special large families (more than four children) and special retirement that charge the minimum pension is 0.20.
