The bike festival XIII, Decabike, Decathlon, organized in collaboration with the Councillors for Sports, Tourism, Environment and Local Police, aims to break another record this year.
Cartagena was last year the municipality of Spain that cyclists focused on the feast of the bike. More than five thousand participants, among those with dorsal and some without, toured the city by bike.
The event was presented this morning the Councillor for Sports, José Cabezos, Decathlon director, David Andrew and responsible cycling Mariano Perez.
The party will be May 13 and the route will be very similar to last year.
Participants will depart from the districts at 9.45 am.
The output will of the IES El Bohio and Fernando Garrido Quarry school.
Cyclists will be directed to the Town Hall Square, where they will wait the rest of participants.

The route is as follows: Town Hall Square at 10.45, will be the following: Town Hall Square, Paseo de Alfonso XII, Street Charity Serreta, Ã ngel Bruna, Alfonso XIII, Sparta, Union City Round, Square Severo Ochoa, Jorge Juan, Juan Fernandez, Pearl Quarter Rd, Greenway, North Ring Road, Plaza Severo Ochoa, Ã ngel Bruna, Queen Victoria, Juan Fernandez, Trafalgar, Alameda de San Anton, Plaza of Spain, Menendez y Pelayo, Royal Street and Esplanade the Port.
The registration period opens today in Decathlon Cartagena, from 10 to 22 hours.
Moreover, it will also be able to formalize the information booth in the Plaza de Juan XXIII from May 7 and 11-14 hours and from 17 to 21.
