The course has been taught basic rules of protocol and etiquette for proper organization of various types of events, from good manners, social protocol to protocol standards in more formal situations.
Retirees have learned to greet the guests, what conversation topics to deal with them, how to prepare and serve the table for different events like formal dinners, family meals or Christmas Eve.
The course belongs to the Chest project experience of the Municipal Institute of Social Services.
