As you may recall the subject of this Plan Payments to suppliers driven by the Ministry of Finance intends to municipalities to pay bills immediately they owed to their suppliers to January 1, 2012.
To this end, municipalities sign a 10-year loan, guaranteed by the State, with a gap of two and an interest of around 5 percent.
