The Regional Housing Commission will open on Monday, April 16, the deadline for application of the seven public housing promotion that builds the Autonomous Region on a plot donated by the city of Cartagena in the council of La Palma.
Homes that have a budget of around € 500,000, are built on a plot of 1,132 square meters, between Sumac and Peach streets.
The homes will have an approximate area of 83 square meters each, plus the garage area.
The houses are on the ground floor, have three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, garage and communication with the roof.
All are designed as standard to facilitate energy conservation and sustainable development through, for example, the system of cross ventilation (stays open both the front and rear).
The deadline for applications for its residents will be 16 next April to 16 May 2012 and can be submitted to the Registry of the City of Cartagena.
The estimated monthly rental income ranging between 200 and 211 euros for housing, and between 20 and 24 euros garages.
The scoring criteria for applicants are regulated in Annex II of Decree 54/2002 of the Ministry of Works, Housing and Transport.
The four criteria are the need to score a home, place of residence, family and personal circumstances of applicants and their income level, which should not exceed 1.2 times the minimum wage, weighted by the number of members the family unit.
