The Local Government Cartagena City Council this morning approved the second phase of the implementation project of the Center for Child Care (ISC) Mediterranean Urbanization, which has a budget of close to bidding € 500,000, as reported by the Councillor of the area of Education, Culture and Sports, Rosario Montero.
As explained by the Councillor, the project will be submitted shortly to contracting with the idea that the works are completed and run for the next school year.
The Mediterranean Urbanization CAI was scheduled for implementation in two phases. The first is now completed and it has built four classrooms and common areas and facilities.
The second phase will involve the construction of six more classrooms more.
The center once completed its two phases, will have ten classrooms and a capacity for some 180 children from 0 to 3 years.
Will cover mainly the districts adyaventes New Cartagena, Urbanization Mediterranean, Media Room, Supply Tanks and Castillitos, among others.
