Cartagena is ready to welcome hundreds of visitors per month.
Trial by fire this morning has put the cruise Seabourn Sojourn, from Monaco, which has opened the season of cruises that will scale this year in the city.
This morning they arrived at the port 450 foreigners aboard the Seabourn Sojourn who enjoy their short stay in the city, visiting museums and going through the main streets of the old.
French, British and Germans, especially, will go through the port city in 2012.
The Port Authority provides Aug. 2 levels for this season and the visit of about 92 thousand passengers.
Besides the Seabourn Sojourn, this month will call at Cartagena other three cruises.
This is the Prinsendam, which hits March 27 with 794 passengers, La Belle de L'Adriatique, that will make the March 29 with 180 passengers and the Seven Seas Mariner, March 31, with 700 passengers.
