The Department of Social Services, through the Municipal Institute of Social Services, has organized for Thursday 22 March a trip to the city of Elche, which will go a group of 55 largest in the municipality.
The trip cost is 26 euros per person and includes travel, tour and lunch, with planned visits by the Casco Viejo, Calahorra Tower, St. Mary's Church, Castle and Palm, among others.
Departure is from the Esplanade Mall Peak at 9.15 am and, in addition to the elderly, educators and volunteers attending the IMSS.
This activity is included in the TAS program (Tourism Active and Healthy) for older people, with cultural activities, hiking and spa, in order to enjoy healthy treatments combined with trips that provide insight into the artistic heritage of the different parts of the country.
