The exhibition includes a total of 75 images taken between 1975 and 1988.
In the works of García Rodero, first Spanish photographer of Magnum Agency documents the festivities, traditions and lifestyles linked to rural Spain.
His repertoire has 200,000 photographic images taken over twenty years.
One of the characteristic features of the work is the constancy of the photographer, and year after year repeated every ceremony with the same participants, same gestures and the same clothing, said the CEO.
Cristina Garcia Rodero (Puertollano, Ciudad Real, 1949) was National Photography Prize in 1996, and received the Gold Medal for Merit in Fine Arts in 2005 and the prize awarded by the Foundation FotoPres La Caixa.
Has combined his teaching with photographic creation and collaboration in several Spanish and foreign journals.
