The People's University has honored the modernist architect Victor Beltrí for the 150 anniversary of his birth.

This could not have made a speech on architecture of the author and the transformation that resulted in the appearance of the city in early twentieth century.

The speaker was Manuel Carrión.

Moreover, today, students of the course have made a guided tour of the most important buildings of the architect who designed the city.
