On March 12 start programming developed by the Bancaja-UPCT, the ADLE, and INFO, addressed to encourage students to develop social skills and implementation of technology-based companies
The Young Entrepreneurs UPCT Bancaja, under the project funded by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport TECHNIEMPRENDE, the Agency for Local Development and Employment of the City of Cartagena and the Institute for the Promotion of the Region of Murcia, will launch a March 12 from the traditional training program for university entrepreneurs.
This program includes courses in social skills, and a specific training (UPCT own title), 60-hour on writing a business plan tailored to EBTs (Technology Based Firms).
This action seeks to inculcate and pass college students a valuable option for the future, as is to start her own business, and more specifically, the creation of companies with technological component, and therefore gets the reach young people with business concerns all the information you need about it.
Following this line, is being scheduled actions focused on the one hand, to promote the entrepreneurial spirit of the university community and, secondly, to provide that training necessary to enable the potential entrepreneur to launch your business venture.
The training plan has been offered is as follows:
Entrepreneurship Course: Social Skills:
It is intended that participants discover their abilities as entrepreneurs on their own, empowering them and promoting the development of the distinctive features of entrepreneurship: creativity, risk taking, leadership, motivation, communication, negotiation and decision making, teamwork and planning.
By their nature, apart from an introduction to the theoretical framework, it is a highly practical and participative course by the participants, since it intends to work group dynamics and entrepreneurial skills.
For this semester there are two levels:
Level 1: Taking challenges, Communication and Teamwork (Fourth Edition): Two groups of 30 people per group.
Level 2: Ability to comment, Taking Risks: Change and Resistance to Change, Mobility and Motivation (First Edition): Group one of 30 students.
Level 3: Dissemination of Entrepreneurship: From Idea to Form: Planning without action is a dream, action without planning is destruction
The entrepreneur Course: Innovation and enterprise R & D + i - Eighth Edition:
60-hour course that emphasizes the creation of technology-based companies, explaining the process of creating business and Business Plan, and the management of technology.
Different specialists involved in each of the materials business and technical experts on technology block.
The course objective is that students can acquire knowledge of key issues in building companies in order to answer the basic questions, by which one may be able to diagnose the initial situation and the response to markets, establish the business idea is to design and study in detail the feasibility of future business.
At the same time we try to show how it produces and develops a business plan for creating a new company or business with an air of business survival and growth can be a tool to help in the future the student can make efficient decisions on behalf an improvement in business economics and portend greater job.
