School of Public Safety of the City of Cartagena (ESPAC) has organized two separate courses in accident reconstruction and the 112 room operators, which includes members of the Local Police of the City of Cartagena.
The reconstruction of traffic accidents in level IV for experts began last March 1, aimed at police officers and the City of Cartagena and the rest of the Region of Murcia.
Be developed throughout the month of March and will include 35 hours of instruction. This is a course of very high level of expertise and training in the field, and are based on the application of the principles of Newtonian physics to the investigation of accidents.
Concepts such as acceleration, power shift, force of friction, rolling resistance and center of mass, are part of everyday life of these enseñanzas.Tradicionalmente, this level of expertise has only been taught at technical colleges or through courses masters university expert, as in the case of Catalonia, Valencia and Madrid, or by private centers specializing in this type of research located primarily in Ávila Zaragoza.
Also at the School of Civil Guard Traffic located in Merida advanced courses are held RAT.
Few in Spain Local Police Schools that have addressed the investigation of accidents at these levels, given the complexity of the teachings.
These courses are designed and taught by the School of Local Police in the Autonomous Community of Murcia and the ESPAC thanks to the collaboration of several experts, such as the police inspector Antonio Garcia Ruiz, who also experience as chief Local Police in Cartagena for 25 years, adds his degree in various engineering specialties, as well as the local police sergeant, Juan Jose Diaz Noguera, a criminologist and was for many years responsible for the service of Attestations of Local Police Cartagena.
Our region is becoming a pioneer in this area, as more and more police officers from different municipalities of the Region that have formed at this level of expertise.
OPERATORS COURSE 112RM
Furthermore, in order to prepare and update operators Room 092 and the 112RM, there have been at the premises of RM 112 in Murcia a course organized by the School of Public Safety of the City of Cartagena.
This is to train new operators and room upgrade to currently serving these functions, and to prepare them ahead of a new version of the platform management of RM 112.
This course will develop several editions.
The first one was held on 27, 28 and 29 February, lasting 12 hours and the assistance of six components of the local police staff of Cartagena.
On days 1, 2 and 5 March took place the second edition with the same duration and with the assistance of six other members of staff, to develop this issue also in the morning.
With dates to be determined, with two more editions in the afternoon, also 12 hours long and attended by 12 other staff members.
