The director of ONCE in Cartagena, Germain Moya, and the territorial delegate of the organization, Juan Carlos Morejon, have invited this morning to Mayor Pilar Barreiro to attend the XIII Biennial of Music this year will be held in several cities Region of Murcia.

The Biennial of Music is a series of concerts to be held in the auditorium of Murcia, Torrepacheco, Ã eagles and the Batel of 14 to 17 March.
