The Agency for Local Development and Employment, is working hard to meet the needs of the unemployed at the level of guidance, training and placement, and support new business initiatives of entrepreneurs and help companies in their training and in pursuit of their professional profiles, proof of this is that programs and projects developed for this purpose, has treated a total of 17,186 people, as noted by the Councillor for Employment, Diego Ortega.
In additional data to the press conference yesterday to the media to present the activities of the ALDE in the first half of 2012, Ortega noted that the technical target area of the agency have attended in the past six months around 12,000 people: only to receive individual guidance in job search, go through the ADLE unemployed 15 to 30 daily.

The Placement Agency ADLE, along with Business Portal Cartagena City Council has managed the job application to 875 users, making the job placement work with the bids received.
The number of people inserted in 2011 was of 435 of which 135 were men and 300 women, the percentage by sector is 18% for the industry sector, 14 percent for construction and 68 percent for the service sector.
