Personal Service Fire Fighting and Rescue Cartagena City Council this morning have been rescued three people inside a two-story building on San Cristobal the Long which had partially collapsed.
The incident took place on the five and ten, by breaking the roof of the building, which rushed over the framework and produced the collapse of this to the first floor, affecting the bedrooms.
The house, which apparently was in ruins, was inhabited by a family of four, three of which were on it at the time of the collapse and suffered no physical damage.
The victims have been treated by the local police and National for relocation, while we have proceeded to seal the housing and cut the affected section of the street as the main facade and side fall hazard presented.
Not allowed to collect belongings occupants access because the access gate is bearing all the weight, and though its walls and pillars seemed resistant, stairs and roofs had numerous cracks.
Technical Planning council this morning visited the property in order to issue a report on the state of the housing.
