Local Police on Tuesday arrested a 18-year-old resident of Alicante and a history of robbery, as alleged perpetrator of a robbery through the procedure of pull.
The incident occurred in the morning on Ronda Street Union City, where the party involved approached a woman walking in the area and snatched the bag that hung, causing it to fall to the floor, dragged her for a moment.
