The Local Government Committee this morning approved the proposal of the Town Planning, Joaquín Segado, to admit to processing the request of the developer Profuse, requiring that the City Council granted temporary use of three municipal lots Pearl Partial Plan East of Los Urrutias (EJ-18.3, ZD-10.1 EX-10.2 Y), to build a sports complex and a beach club.
As explained by Councilman Joaquin Segado, Profusa is the developer of this partial plan and this initiative aims to give added value to the future residential development after completing the development works and be in the construction phase of the first homes.
The city requested three parcels covering an area of 14,000 square meters.
In two of them build sports courts, paddle tennis and tennis, and a service building facilities and in the other plot, close to the beach club would be built.
