Hidden Spain, Cristina García Rodero is already in the MURAM.
Councillor for Culture of the City of Cartagena, Rosario Montero, opened last night with the director general of Cultural Property, Francisco Giménez, the curator of the exhibition, Lola Garrido, and the director of business area of La Caixa in Cartagena, Sara Abella's Rodero exhibition of photographs captured between 1975 and 1988.
This is an exhibition organized by the La Caixa Foundation and consists of 75 photographs from the collection hidden Spain Cristina Garcia Rodero.
The 75 photographs presented in the Regional Museum of Modern Art (Muram) are part of a larger collection that the artist has made throughout his career.
The exhibition will run until March 18.
García Rodero is the first Spanish woman who joined the exclusive group of photographers associated with Magnum Agency, a world leader in photography created in France in 1947 to dignify the profession, achieving a great reputation that still preserved.
In addition, Garcia Rodero has also received numerous awards for his work, including the National Photography Prize in 1996, the Gold Medal for Merit in Fine Arts 2005 and the prize awarded by the Foundation FotoPres La Caixa.
