A large representation of the government team, with the first and second deputy mayor at the helm, and Nicolas Segado Joaquín Bernal Angeles, also responsible of Greater decentralization and several councilors of the Socialist group, came in last night the constitution of the neighborhood of El Algar, a newly created body that covers the towns of El Algar and Los Urrutias, with a total of 7432 inhabitants.
Maria Francisca Martinez Sotomayor, the Popular Party, was elected president of the board, after taking possession of the nine members, seven representatives of the PP and PSOE two.
The body will have a dual purpose, serving as the representative body and involvement of citizens and promote administrative decentralization.
With the El Algar yadoce the neighborhood councils are operating in the municipality, consisting of a chairman and eight members, which include, besides the already mentioned, that of alum, Albujón-Miranda, La Aljorra, Isla Plana-La Azohía, Los Dolores, La Palma, Mills Marfagones, Well Strait, perineum, Puebla-La Aparecida and El Llano del Beal.
